Relax lady...or try to. Drug yourself up the next couple nights...keep doing your knee and hip exercises. And FYI...Walmart sells a decent protein powder by Body Fortress. The chocolate is decent and I blend a scoop into my morning coffee EVERY day..and POW!!! instant 26 grams of protein straight out the gate.
